This is my adaptation of The Butterfly Project for Dermatillomania sufferers.
When you have the urge to pick, take a marker/pen/sharpie and draw a butterfly on the area. (preferably in a fun color; I chose hot pink)
Name the butterfly after a loved one or role model (I write their initials next to it).
You must let the butterfly fade naturally. No scrubbing it off.
